✦ Is it really a LIVE Puja performed at a Temple? |
YES, it is. We have our infrastructure deployed in select temples and we plan to add more in the future. When you buy a ticket, Temple will be sent your details and Pujari will perform in santum santorium with your Gotranama ( Names & Gotra)
✦ Can I perform puja in a temple of my choice? |
Not Possible. We are partnered with Select Temples (popular enough)with which we have agreement and we only provide Puja Services of those temples. All Pujas offered Starts with your Gotranama, Sankalp(Reason) and ends with Aarti as applicable
✦ What if I am NOT able to watch LIVE Puja? |
For all Puja Services that are offered, we cut and Upload a recorded version of Puja (Sankalp video for Long Pujas like Abhishek/Kalyan or Full Puja like Archana) to our Youtube Channel after 5 hours of Offering. (Any Power and Internet failure may delay sometimes but rarely)
✦ Can I Offer any Dakshina to Priest? |
Yes you can. There is a column in the booking form where you can enter a amount of choice and we will pay the amount to Pujari directly. You can also request for a separate payment link if availing any Puja Package
✦ Will I get Prashad couriered for any Puja Offered? |
Prashad (you are eligible for) which is Offered to God in Sanctum Santorum is distributed to devotees who visit in person. In this current situation, we are NOT couriering any Prashad / Vubhudi etc. We may open "Prashad courier service" in future
✦ How to approach a network Temple of App to make any kind of donation? |
For any kind donation which can be offered with cash as replacement(Cash for Rice Bag), we send you a payment link and the same amount will be transferred to Temple. Any receipt given against the offering will be sent you for record. We DO NOT charge this transaction (apart from any applicable taxes for online payment) but Act as a Bridge between Devotee and the Temple God
✦ Can I get a Custom Package with a Subscription model every month? |
Yes. You can approach us on Call/Whatsapp to +91-9110337080 with your requirement and we will create a package with subscription model enabled.
✦ Can I attend any Puja in person at the Temple? |
We are offering Puja Services which May not require physical presence and Pujari doing it on your behalf is equally effective. If you wish to attend in person, there is no restriction
✦ Are there any circumstances where we could not Watch LIVE and we may not get Recording? |
Very Rarely. But if there is a Sudden Power and/or Internet Outage at Temple Premises during the Puja Offering, we MAY NOT be able to send Recording
✦ Can I get any Puja / Havan / Japa performed based on my Horoscope, outside Network Temples? |
Yes. We have our infra at Registered Priest Locations who will perform it for you with applicable Charges. You place a request with all details and we work out the feasibility for you to Watch LIVE

✦ Can I suggest any changes in the Puja Process based on the method followed at our side? |
Absolutely NO. Different Pujas are performed (slightly) with some variations across different regions and we DO NOT interfere in Puja Offering process followed by our Network Temples
